Returns & Refunds policy

Return Policy:*
We accept returns of defective items only.
*Eligibility for Return:*
· Item must be defective or damaged upon arrival
· Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
· Original packaging and tags must be intact
*Return Process:*

2. Provide order number and reason for return
3. We will review and approve/deny the return request
4. If approved, ship the item back to us at F39 Upper Ground Floor Dilshad Colony Delhi-110095
*Refund Policy:*
· Full refund will be issued for defective items once received back
· Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
*Important Notes:*
· No exchanges are available for any items

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
